  I'm in the MetroWest area and I am used to having FedEx packages come out from a Boston location (never a problem). The last 4 months all my packages have been coming out of the West Boylston FedEx and I've had nothing but trouble. The first was an expensive and insured packaged that required a Signature upon delivery. I was home by EOD, that day, and the package was still out for delivery. I checked my tracking around 5pm to see that 1) it had been delivered and 2) somebody named "Jay Dominguez" had signed for it. That is not my name, nor does anyone by that name live with me... So, I call up FedEx and after hours of waiting, and being hung-up upon a few times, I get someone in a call bank (overseas) saying there's nothing they could do because it was signed for... The customer service was a total joke. So, I planned on going down to the actual FedEx location in West Boylston to follow up the next day. Luckily, I found out that the package was left on my neighbor's porch when they dropped it off to me the following morning. We assume the driver signed for it and left it at the wrong house. There have been a few other instances where our packages never arrive, but are marked as delivered and a few more that were lost (never made it past West Boylston on tracking) at the West Boylston FedEx. Because my location is now serviced by this West Boylston FedEx I now avoid FedEx at all costs when I have the option. USPS and UPS, somehow, are more reliable.

  I dread ordering anything from companies that use FedEx delivery. Since moving to this small town in 2018, I have NEVER received a package on time. The range of excuses is absolutely ridiculous, especially when they're evident lies. I usually have to drive to the local hub and (try) to retrieve my packages. This time, it's replacement eyeglasses. I cannot safely or legally drive to pick them up. Customer service is awful — even after I asked for reasonable accommodations as a disabled person. Try reaching a supervisor to review their ADA customer policies; it's impossible. Time for an official complaint.

  The drivers will say they attempted a delivery and do not even knock or ring the doorbell. It’s ridiculous to pay for overnight shipping and then have it count as an attempt. I talked to 4 people before one was the least bit helpful here. Insane to be told to drive an hour to pick up at the warehouse after I skipped work to stay home and sign. Now told I have a 12 hour window I need to stay home for tomorrow and hope they will knock this time. The independent contractors should be held responsible, I was told drivers are not obligated to call the customers even if there are issues

  The phone number for this location is NOT the direct number!....It's routes to a FedEx....in MIAMI. And they are NO HELP...they tried to convince me the west boylston location closes at 3pm when Google says 2pm. They couldn't confirm if my package was waiting for pick up at the WB location....and since I do not have a direct number....now I have drive to WB location hoping and praying these people have my package SMH

  Horrible service . Driver does not follow directions. Packages for signature need to come to 3rd floor. No bell to ring just leaves no delivery tag. Weird since UPS can deliver to 3rd floor for signature. FedEx is poor service with slow fix of problems. Not sure why they can’t reach a truck to return to address and deliver the package.
