I wasn’t able to meet David at the office, but that didn’t stop him from stepping in to help. He still went to the office, tried to fix the laptop, and when it couldn’t be repaired, he even went out and shopped for a replacement on my behalf. By the end of the day, my new computer was up and running. That kind of dedication and support is rare. I’m so grateful for David and his amazing team.
