- SGSabrina GraceFeb 11, 20252.0I’ve been coming to this post office for 30 years. I have always had a pleasant experience even when wait times are super long. Today I had the displeasure of being “helped” by Zion. He apparently believes that if you aren’t familiar with shipping procedures he can speak to you (and over you) in a condescending, rude and brash manor. I will no longer be coming to this location because I would hate to ever have to have an interaction with such a rude person again. He had a pious attitude from the minute I walked in that was truly disgusting. There’s nothing hard about having a friendly courteous manor with a customer service but apparently that’s too much for him to supply.

The door was locked, but I heard a lot of people behind another door. So I knocked, then opened the door to ask if they were opening and was told 8 o’clock shortstaffed and then he slammed the door in my face. How rude and unprofessional!!

These clerks were slammed when I went in but they managed to get customers in and out with only two clerks working the counter. Great job!
