This is not an easy job and she's often working alone, so the fact that she is so good is remarkable! I hope the manager of this location gives her the credit she deserves. Thank you.Liz. - JSJessie SunApr 12, 20221.0Bad customer service!! Website was showing that it would close at 6:00pm on Tuesday. I walked there to mail a letter at 5:02pm. There were a few customers waiting in a queue. One staff, a black lady stopped me and said it’s closed. I told her that 5:00 pm is the only time that I can come to the post office and I don’t have a car. She said Boston post office will close at midnight! I pre-filled the certified ticket. It won’t spend more than 3 minutes to complete the transaction. As a person who also works in the service industry, we always accommodate our customers. This is the worst service that I have ever had!!
