I’ve been coming to this post office for 30 years. I have always had a pleasant experience even when wait times are super long. Today I had the displeasure of being “helped” by Zion. He apparently believes that if you aren’t familiar with shipping procedures he can speak to you (and over you) in a condescending, rude and brash manor. I will no longer be coming to this location because I would hate to ever have to have an interaction with such a rude person again.
He had a pious attitude from the minute I walked in that was truly disgusting. There’s nothing hard about having a friendly courteous manor with a customer service but apparently that’s too much for him to supply.

Horrible Customer Service!! Disgustingly Rude!
This post office is supposed to open at 7:30. There was nobody at the counter. The door was locked, but I heard a lot of people behind another door. So I knocked, then opened the door to ask if they were opening and was told 8 o’clock shortstaffed and then he slammed the door in my face. How rude and unprofessional!!

The only reason why this office gets a 4 is because finding parking is terrible at this location. Aside from that, the service is amazing. These clerks were slammed when I went in but they managed to get customers in and out with only two clerks working the counter. Great job!

Every time I come to this post office the clerk Mike is always so rude and unhelpful, he never smiles and is very unpleasant. It's the only one right up the street from my house and I absolutely hate the service here.
