  Refused to accept an Amazon return, literally made up a reason, and I had to drive to another ups that accepted the exact same return with no changes. If you’re close to another location or have any other options, avoid this location.

  Random price gauging on "services." I used to get wine delivered here - one time it would be free, today it was $26.00 for "misc charges"... I've been getting wine delivered at UPS locations for years - it has been either 5.00 or 10.00. To top it off they are extremely rude. When I asked why the price had increased he told me "I was mistaken" if I thought I had been charged differently. Called the winery... I'll be going to FedEx - which is out of my way but better than dealing with unethical, rude staff.

  Super helpful people and fast processing. I had my mortgage notarized, and was going to take picture of the signed note for my record, but they said they have a scan. So I scanned it and only AFTER was I told it’s $65 for a scan that would be free on iPhone when I said I was not interested in scan at that price I was told she already scanned it and there’s nothing that can be done. Relatively to the dozens of free apps this is by far the most expensive scan, but what bothered me more was that I got tricked into it. Careful as nothing is free so ask before because you won’t get your refund. As far as service and people - they are super nice indeed.

  No idea what they doin , they made me use their computer 3 times to spend money over there , spent almost 15$ on using it and then the change shifts and the other employees told me the first time was enough for us . Avoid! Go usps or fedax

  Avoid!!! Would give zero stars if could. A family member went to ship some inexpensive holidays gifts (worth less than $200) today from MA to CT. This location charged them $550 for a shipment that should have been $150 or so! The store purposefully sold them too large a box and then on top inaccurately measured the dimensions of that box to make it exactly 1 inch over a 130 inch “large package” threshold leading to extreme fees. It’s all just a scam. When I called 45 minutes later to inquire how the charge got so large and to attempt to reverse by canceling the whole shipment, the owner became verbally abusive and then personally threatening. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs. UPS Corporate should not allow franchisees like this to sully their name. There is a reason why this location has so many terrible reviews. I wish I would have checked these reviews before today’s events. I guess there are much better franchisees in Needham and Newton.
