- FRFernando RojasApr 22, 20265.0I recently visited the United States Postal Service and had a great experience overall. One of the tellers really stood out. He was incredibly thoughtful with his suggestions and took the time to walk me through every option step by step. Even though I ultimately decided not to ship through USPS because the available options were a bit out of my budget, I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left fully understanding what I would have been paying for, which says a lot about the level of service.
- JMJohnny MApr 21, 20261.0I got there at 4:57 on 4-21-26 and it was closed. You’re not supposed to close until five first post office I’ve ever seen that closes Earlier and they’re closing time.

The gentlemen who work here have both been kind, professional and informative. It’s clear they’re underfunded/understaffed, because I see the same person here literally every day of the week - hats off to him for running the show. He’s helped me countless times - even locating a missing package I thought was long gone! Thank you for contributing positively to the community ♥️
- DODan O'ConnorDec 17, 20251.0I have been going here for 15 years. NO PROBLEMS. But today was the last time. I went in, overpaid for the wrong service, because all the options were not clearly given, and I went back and tried to correct it (2 minutes later). Seemed reasonable. I was told there is nothing that could be done. No apologies for their poor customer service, they made it out to be my fault. Who cares whose fault it was, I am here asking for a correction, correct it. So if a new employee overcharges someone by $50 or $100 what happens? ...oh well "the label is printed" this cannot be undone?? The customer is always wrong at this post office. Yikes. Another employee from the back even came over to yell ("Go Postal") at me for asking for a correction. Avoid or at least be sure to know your options, they WILL NOT be given to you correctly here.
