  Usually a decent experience with returns at this location. As an Asian person the old man behind the counter told me that the tongs I was returning were “funny looking chopsticks” and “didn’t look very authentic”. Some comments don’t need to be said out loud. I have noticed this old man has a habit of commenting on customers appearances. A strange and disrespectful experience.

  I strongly advise avoiding this UPS store. They lost my package and have been completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Despite calling numerous times, the staff is unable to provide answers, and promised callbacks never happen. I’ve been forced to handle the claim process myself with zero support from the store. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will not be using UPS or this location again. If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of the Main Street Watertown UPS Store for over 10 years under the previous ownership. On a recent visit, with a fully prepared return, I only needed a small piece of tape to secure a flap that became loose. Instead of the courteous service I was accustomed to, I was met with rude and dismissive treatment—both by the employee, who reluctantly assisted, and then by the new owner when I called to express my concern. Disappointed, I went to another UPS store on Walnut St in Newton, where I was treated with respect and helpfulness. Unfortunately, this Watertown location no longer values customer relationships, and I won’t be returning.
