- DODan O'ConnorDec 17, 20251.0I have been going here for 15 years. NO PROBLEMS. But today was the last time. I went in, overpaid for the wrong service, because all the options were not clearly given, and I went back and tried to correct it (2 minutes later). Seemed reasonable. I was told there is nothing that could be done. No apologies for their poor customer service, they made it out to be my fault. Who cares whose fault it was, I am here asking for a correction, correct it. So if a new employee overcharges someone by $50 or $100 what happens? ...oh well "the label is printed" this cannot be undone?? The customer is always wrong at this post office. Yikes. Another employee from the back even came over to yell ("Go Postal") at me for asking for a correction. Avoid or at least be sure to know your options, they WILL NOT be given to you correctly here.
