Believe the reviews. I hope you never have the misfortune of having your package handled by these people. Not only did they lie about attempting to ring my bell (there are no bells in mailrooms) but they returned my time sensitive package back to sender without notice. Zero stars if I could.

Went here to get fingerprinted but the people being helped for packages seemed happy too. Turns out there's a number they can call for remote assistance with fingerprints and it makes a world of a positive difference. This is the third location I tried and the one I'd return to.
