I arrived as a 65 year old with a diagnosed herniated disc from an acute work injury…in SO much pain and completely overwhelmed by the daunting task of navigating the confusing world of Workers Comp. She helped me by keeping me calm and by scanning and emailing a stack of medical documents to my boss in a warm, friendly manner. I needed that big time!
