  Fairly convenient - but ridiculous that there's no wifi!! I had a QR code that I needed to access - but couldn't because NO WIFI!! Had to drive down the street a few blocks to get wifi -- access the QR code -- take a screenshot -- then go to UPS & give the pkg!! The extra time for all that was ANNOYING - FRUSTRATING & INCONVENIENT!! It really shouldn't be that difficult to do!! PLEASE GET WIFI IN YOUR STORE!!

  The service here is top notch. Professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough. In addition, I became light-headed at the counter, and one staff member quickly offered me one of her oranges. I cannot be more grateful, as this helped me from fainting and not being able to continue on with my day. Highly recommend this convenient location and moreso for overall excellent customer service.

  I was just at this UPS 1/3/26 and was being helped by the young Indian woman (wearing a black and white striped shirt and a long ponytail today) and she was lovely and attentive. Midway through my transaction, a young Asian woman (wearing a blue shirt today) stepped in and told the striped shirt woman that she will take over. The striped shirt woman made some sort of notion that she was in the middle of a transaction and the blue shirt woman repeated herself saying something like “I can do this from here. Go over there.” I felt like it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I can only imagine what the striped shirt woman was feeling, and I feel so bad for her. The blue shirt woman then proceeded to do things again that were already done (measure my package). She could have just let the striped shirt woman finish the interaction. It was a disgusting example of someone trying to exert power and the blue shirt woman was dominating, domineering and condescending. I hope you give justice to the striped shirt employee. I want her to know that I am sorry she had to experience that. Now that I am out of the situation, I wish I had spoken up in the moment I think I was in a state of shock and I wish I defended her.

  I had a prepaid label for a 3-pound package, but this store weighed it at 22 pounds by mistake. When I came back to point it out, the staff just said, “it just might be something on the scale,” as if it wasn’t a big deal. I asked what would happen if the package was returned because of their error!! no real answer or accountability.

  The worst customer service! Blonde lady, not friendly at all and never smiles (manager?), loves to take her time EVEN when there is a line. I’ve been here numerous times but now going elsewhere because I’m trying to avoid her! In the past, I always hoped she wasn’t working because if she was, that meant there was always a line and I had to wait a long time just to have something scanned with a QR code, to be dropped off. She LOVES to go to the back, every time there was a line and leave another employee, upfront. Some of the employees that were upfront seemed to be new? Because they kept going to the back, also, to ask her questions. This has happened numerous times! I finally had enough. I go to another ups location where there is NEVER a line now. Also, they’re NEVER fully stocked here. Everything is sparse! And needs a good cleaning because it’s dirty inside!
