    Scott and Carey in the printing department really went above and beyond for me today. I felt like I was in a local print shop being met with kindness, understanding, and expertise. Not only did they manage to totally ace a very difficult task, they were able to do it with a smile and with a high level of communication and professionalism. These people both deserve a raise and a promotion. They make this store better by being there.

    I like this store, it's massive full with good quality products, friendly staff, huge parking lot. Make this your main store you won't regret.

    Specific complaint about their UPS access point service. Staff left a delivered item off to the side somewhere for 6 hours from the point I got the email about delivery. Never logged, so the CSA couldn't find it and sent me next door with a 'Maybe CVS has it and call UPS if they don't'. CVS didn't have it. I went back and somebody else found it. Clearly a training issue of the staff here. Clearly a YMMV in terms of staff at this location. I was boiling mad.
