  Best UPS store in the world ,the ladys that work there are so friendly everytime I go in and the young guy also very friendly and efficient, great place.

  I am there quite often and never had a problem. Very fast and reliable. Everyone knows what they are doing and how shipping works. Always impressed I recommend this store to everyone. Thank you

  Great location! Very nice employees, very clean establishment, and very efficient! There was a huge line out the door and I had to wait outside for a few minutes but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Some other customers were causing issues, but the employees kept a huge smile on their face. I was treated with kindness the whole time and the line moved very fast and not a single mistake was made during my shipment. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking to be treated like a human instead of a customer. When they asked how I was doing, they really meant it. I wasn’t having too good of a day and explained to the employee that my day could have been better and they seemed really sympathetic. This place was amazing and I really appreciate Mary and Makayla’s help!

  setup is absurd - 3 stairs right at the entrance with less than 10 ft of floor space at the top for customers to stand in line, so patrons are forced to wait outside or stand side by side in the stairwell. and always a wait.

  I absolutely love going to this UPS store specifically because of one employee named Michaela. There is a UPS store down the street from me in Danvers, but I hate going there because the people that work there are not personable and always seem mad that you walked in the store. They don’t even greet you they simply throw out a boring next and then act like you have completely ruined their day by bringing in your package. Michaela at the Wakefield store is the nicest employee and she is extremely personable. I live in Middleton and I always go out of my way to go to the Wakefield Store because of the pleasant experience I always have with her. This girl absolutely deserves a raise in salary or position because she is the best employee. she is always smiling and always happy to help customers, once again she absolutely needs a raise she more than deserves it she without a doubt has earned it with her pleasant demeanor
