  I asked these folks to pick up an auction item from a nearby location and express ship it in time for Valentine's Day for my wife. The whole transaction went smoothly and the item arrived nicely packed and on time. Super happy with the service!

  While dropping off a package this morning, I took a picture of the box within the store. A boy came around the corner and said he didn't want me to take a picture of the store but I can take a picture of it on the floor. I responded by saying it wouldn't prove that I was at the store. He ended up moving out of the frame so I could take a picture. Mary then comes in demanding why I'm taking a picture. I said for proof. She then says something along the lines of, "You could take 100 pictures, and it wouldn't help." I told her I wasn't looking for an argument and I just wanted to drop off a package. She said she wasn't arguing and told me they would give me a receipt that has all the information. I told her I don't generally drop things off so I was ignorant of that fact but she could have handled the approach better. Mary disagreed with how I perceived her approach and said she had a right to question me and wanted to make sure I wasn't with the media. We went back and forth with semantics and what was said. I ended up leaving with my package. Maybe taking a picture of the store caused them to be defensive but educating customers without flippant remarks would have saved everyone time and energy.

  I went in to the ups store having no idea what I was doing!! I had to overnight a package to my daughter in college. The employee who helped me was young and so sweet. He answered my questions and was patient with me. I was so happy when I left and felt confident my daughter would get what she needed in time.

  Great location! Very nice employees, very clean establishment, and very efficient! There was a huge line out the door and I had to wait outside for a few minutes but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Some other customers were causing issues, but the employees kept a huge smile on their face. I was treated with kindness the whole time and the line moved very fast and not a single mistake was made during my shipment. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking to be treated like a human instead of a customer. When they asked how I was doing, they really meant it. I wasn’t having too good of a day and explained to the employee that my day could have been better and they seemed really sympathetic. This place was amazing and I really appreciate Mary and Makayla’s help!
