I had lost my wallet and Bruce kindly offered to ship the contents anyway. I have not received anything and I really need the contents sent to me in Florida. I trust that Bruce will do it, but I think he may have lost my contact information. My biggest frustration is I have tried to fax them and call them for two weeks and I can't get through. Please reach out to me. I also sent an email again. My name is Kate Morris.

- DFD. Patrick FordSep 5, 20255.0I just moved to the island. Went to the store at 6:00pm seeking a mailbox. I was told I had to come back when the manager was there, typically between 9 and 5. As I was leaving, one of the people working there, Martin, a young man from Bulgaria, came running out to my car telling me he had just spoken with the manager by phone. He took my pertinents to give the manager when he next came in. Martin was not only kind (I am a disabled veteran), but clearly a savvy businessman. Ashame he is here on a J1 visa and must return to Bulgaria at the end of the month. He hopes to be back next summer. F/U - Daniel, the manager called me first thing this morning and told me that fortuitously a mailbox had just opened up: he offered to me. I went in shortly afterwards and was greeted by Daniel opening the store door for me. Not only was he savvy businessman, but gracious and kind, like his associate Martin. While there I got to meet Ryan and Bruce the other members of Daniel's team. They all not only reeked of competence, but were equally gracious. Combined with the services they offer, I can't but say this is the best UPS store I've ever been in. There are some who come in with less patience, but I am a physician, with lots of patients.
