- TNThomas NAug 1, 20221.0Paul refused to give me my own package even after I went online and requested to pick it up at the Post Office. He told me that drivers are paid to deliver packages and that I was trying to insult the mail business by doing what I was doing even though USPS literally offers what I selected. Rudest guy I’ve ever met in my life. He then insulted the Post Master by saying they would probably have given me my package because they don’t care about the drivers while he does. Terrible employee business over there. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an organization. Paul should NOT be in customer service.
