  I went in mid-December on my lunch hour. I don't normally ship anything with the post office. The worker was so nice and helpful, with a great attitude. I was in and out in no time. Very much appreciated!

  Worst post office, rude and unhelpful! I have always left my prepaid packages on the counter, no need to wait in line to have them scanned and hold others up, until recently a package was not scanned and went missing. I went in person to inquire and was told it never reached them, though I personally left it on the counter. Thinking this was an isolated incident, I continued to leave more packages on the counter, only to have a repeat. I left 2 packages left on counter, 1 of them scanned and tracking, the other gone missing again. Perhaps the barcode isn't printed dark enough, and can't be scanned? THEN Return it to me, they have no problems returning for insufficient postage and my return address is ALWAYS clearly visible. what are they doing with my packages?!?!?!? I am out a lot of money because of "missing packages". I will wait in line now to watch them scan my packages! Pathetic when you can't trust the post office!

  I want to preface this review by saying I do not leave negative reviews online for anything; I hate being that person and I won’t complain typically unless it’s fairly bad. I have lived in two locations less than a five minute walk from this post office and somehow my packages are never delivered directly to my house ever; So I often have to come in and get them myself. This would be fine, however about half of the time I have to go on some type of wild goose chase to receive my items (ex. Sent to a previous adress,new driver got my route and sent it somewhere else,items mysteriously still out for delivery even though pick up is available, items available for pick up but are not at the location,items just plum vanished and I have yet to receive them,items simultaneously avalible for pick up but also out for delivery,items out for delivery perpetually, ect.). Generally speaking; I believe I am a patient and fair person, and I realize that the people that work here have a fairly taxing job and probably deal with a lot of jerks which is natural when you work with the public; especially in this line of work. That being said 1.) I have never had this issue with ups or fedex; they always manage to find my adress and I get my packages without any stress or trouble; I would imagine that a post office less than a five minute walk away could at least attempt to achieve the same level of consistency. 2.) often times when I do have to call in or ask where my packages are that do mysteriously disappear; I am often met with a flippant or dismissive attitude or simply completely blown off (on phone and in person????); despite the fact that I purposely make an effort to be understanding, calm,and polite. With all of these issues, it leaves me more often than not dreading having to buy things online.
