- WGW GavazziDec 23, 20225.0Easy parking, quick package processing, and friendly staff. A little over a week before Christmas I was able to send a package to family in the south east for a great value and delivery less than a week later with tracking included. Tracking isn't as good as some competitors but seems to be getting better. I can't remember having a problem on 30 years other than the parking lot being busy and full at some peak times. The drive up box is helpful and has one of the latest pick up times in the area on Saturdays. I am not a fan of the speed bumps in the driveway but they must have made sense at some point. Accessible parking right by the front door is nice but I don't believe the doors are automatic. This is one of the few post offices in the area that is right down town making it nice for a short walk to other local business's services, churchs and the common.

- KHKate HillNov 17, 20183.0I second the review on issues with package delivery. Everybody friendly and helpful in the office. So this is not an issue all around. It specifically is their refusal to deliver packages to my door and they keep it at the post office and report that it was attempted to deliver, when it never left the office to begin with. It's very frustrating when Amazon uses them to deliver the package when every other delivery company delivers to my door. I understand that it's not convenient and maybe takes more time to come into my small apartment building, but it doesn't seem to be an issue with any other company. My frustration is not that I have to go and pick up my delivery, but that I take time off to be home for a delivery and it's anyone's guess if it's actually on the truck or still in the office.
