They are refusing to deliver our mail to our house until we purchase and install a larger mailbox (mind you, our mailbox is the largest we've seen). The larger mailboxes that follow the guidelines are sold out, and ground is frozen, covered with heavy, icy snow. They are now saying that they will be starting to send our mail back to the senders in a few weeks because we have not complied OR we have to pay to a PO box in the post office. Money is already tight. My husband is the only one working due to Covid. I have a baby and a disabled, veteran father who receives most of his medications through the mail. Not the warm welcome we were expecting as new homeowners in Templeton. Extremely disappointed and saddened by this.
