The woman I had was very dismissive of my questions and literally asked me to get back in line whilst asking my question. I will literally drive out of town the next time I need to mail something. - LDLily DepotFeb 27, 20261.0I strongly reccomend going to the location up the street in Raynham (681 Broadway, Raynham, MA 02767). I've had several poor experiences in this Taunton location. Most notably, there was a time we were waiting on legally important doccuments that required a signature on delivery. There was a failed delivery attempt notice left for us, so we drove down to the office to pick it up. The problem is their electronic system had marked it as out for delivery, and the woman I spoke to was not helpful. She was very short in her replies and refused to have the back checked for the letter despite the delivery attempt sticky we were left saying it should be there. After multiple days of back and forth, I requested the number for a supervisor, and was given a number for a nearby distribution center accompanied by a sarcastic quip of 'if they even pick up'. In the end the letter was found in a bin in their office. They had forgotten to scan the certified barcode when it arrived back in the office after the failed delivery attempt.

- FMFrank MurtaghFeb 10, 20265.0I had an appointment to order a new passport because I lost mine. I tried my best to make sure I had all of my documents and I showed up about 10 minutes early. I figured I'd have to wait a few minutes but I didn't want to be late. The woman behind the counter took me right away. She even commented that I did a good job having everything I needed. I honestly didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. Thanks to the person behind the counter for being the best!
