They stated will would call the carry about a missing package they delivered but actually never handed to me . I was handed envelopes but never a package .

They update the tracking saying they tried to deliver during business hours which was a LIE. I was here waiting both times until 6pm and nothing, they don't pick up the phone. Today I have been calling since 9am and NOTHING! It's infuriating.

We get 2 or 3 items for other businesses and different addresses every other day. Just got a slip that they missed us for a delivery. There is never less than 10 people in the building at a time.
