I've been shipping packages at least once a week here for the past year, and I think that the counter staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They can always answer my (many) questions about what I can and can't ship to my husband in Afghanistan. They know me when I walk in and want to know where the baby is when my son isn't with me, how my husband is doing, or why I wasn't in last week. I even once received a phone call from them asking if I needed help with the online postage system - they were concerned because I had shipped a package with 20-something stamps on it! (Actually, I was out of printer ink to print the postage and just happened to have 20-something stamps. But it was nice that they called to check!) I enjoy going there. Yes, to the post office. I think that says a lot!
