- ILIan LaliberteJan 22, 20263.0I love this post office until they decide to make everyone wait because they are doing passports. Why isn't there a dedicated person for this? Why do we have to wait to do regular post office business? Makes no sense. Always seems very understaffed.

They collect them at the post office, and I have to physically go down there to get them?! This has happened like five times in the last week. I'm home, the front door is open, and I can see when the truck comes through. I got a "delivery confirmation" at 9:30am this morning, and there has been no carrier present.

When I called one post office they send me to another. This post office has been holding a time sensitive package for over a week. It was sent certified and yet no one can tell me where it is? Piss poor service, good thing for email. Glad the post office is loosing business, you deserve it! You get what you give.
