Garbage service. Issues weather delays when there is no inclement weather. Delays mail for literally no reason. Regularly sends tracked packages to incorrect distribution centers. Can anyone here actually read?

Location is terrible it’s seems like it’s a usps thing everywhere. Prices get increased every year but service remains terrible!! Like how come the busiest time of the day that’s when there is only one worker at the front it’s ridiculous.

Normally, I'm a warm, patient and cheerful woman of character and often this USPS location staff members manages to provoke me out of my comforting personality. Reasons: From the management to the front clerk workers each individual conducts themselves in a unprofessionalism mannerism!!
This type of trained cultural should be unacceptable within our community. The attitudes and acts of rudeness is intolerable!! It's apparent, these USPS workers have no respect or regards to customers nor their public service duties. After waiting in line for long periods of time due to lack of an organized operation you're confronted with a non-caring, lack of empathy attitude.
Moreover, too many times a worker has closed the line and simply walked away. When asked, excuse me may I please have some service? They've replied by stating " I'm going to lunch, it's pass my lunch time." Who does that!! No warning or substitute worker until management feel like putting down the cell phone and doing his or her job. As a customer entering this USPS location, due to it being close to my job, you are treated and made to feel as though you're a bother or nuisance to the workers.. I plead for something to be done in the manner of professional development/customer service training at this site immediately!!
They have absolutely no regards in providing a pleasant experience at this location!!! Again, as a lawful citizen, all paying business customer deserve some Respect and fair Equity treatment no matter their race, creed, and color across the board. 💯
