- VDVivian DuncanJul 7, 20251.0I'd give it a 0 if I could. Born and raised in Mason (formerly Winchester) Square. It was a very nice community. Long story short, I drive the extra miles down to the Main Office just so I don't have to deal with the extreme rudeness and severe unprofessional treatment I've received each time I visited the local branch. I took it for the last time and then just quietly walked out. You don't add fuel to a fire. I'll return once she's out of there. What a case she is! Smh
