- RBRob BNov 10, 20251.0Never answers phones the dude at the desk throws packages before scanning them ever since Joanne left the place went downhill they got lazy and if you have packages held at the post office the second the regular carrier leaves the packages go back out on the truck for delivery ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND STOP BEING LAZY LIKE ALL THES EPTHER COMPANIES CAN WE GET A NEW MANAGER THERE NOT KELLY....

Bill is one of the worst. He uses foul language. I reported it to the manager; she denied it as if she was there. It was a witnessed who saw and heard what he said.
