If there is any snow what so ever, you have to pick up your packages at the facility during your work time… cause that’s possible… Worst service EVER!

I get there 5 mins after that notification and they claim nothing can be done. What an absolute act of laziness and incompetence. Also zero trash cans, because they are over paid and lazy
- KGKristie GouinMar 15, 20251.0I've had packages which still I have not received at least 15 of of them I did not receive Southwick post office on College Highway completely disrespectful they lie and cause issues they stopped bringing my packages to the address I sent to because I don't live here but these are Christmas gifts and I still have not received all of them and they keep sending them back I've called several times and ask them to hold them and call me so I can pick them up and they still have not call me get to do that I've got alerts I've called the last 4 days and ate my packages have been returned
