- RIRRG INCJan 28, 20261.0Worst experience I have ever had with a post office and its not even close. The other reviews speak for themselves. Neighboring post offices are well aware of how bad this place is because people would rather travel to them and avoid this place.
- JTJ TJan 27, 20261.0I am not much of a complainer this is my first review on Google but just wanted to share these pictures with the post office as this is the second day in a row they wont delivery my mail because they claim my property is not accessible. I am very considerate when there is bad weather but as you can see the pathway to my home is bare concrete and so isnt the path to my door. Over 50 pounds of rock salt and a plow. I would prefer they just say they didnt feel like getting out of the truck than making if seem like i have an obstructed path. Techincally you really just need to make sure they have a clear footpath but I made sure they could pull their truck up which they often do so i cleared and salted all of it so they could even turn around One picture is the driveway the other the pathway to my front door. Btw the few times I have had an issue with them everytime it was a non-regular driver.

She laughed in my face. Disgusting. Horrible service. Oh and I have more packages damaged that go through Southbridge. Go to Charlton or Sturbridge instead

Then I paid extra to get a package shipped in two days and it's been a week and has yet to be received. The phone number online also isn't working for some reason when I tried to contact them? Very frustrated.
