I called to tell a woman I had a package get stuck in one of their drop boxes in Weymouth, she cut me off and told me there was no way that happened. I told her that it did, that I was unable to even open the door after it was stuck. That I could tell it was stuck because tracking hadn't updated at all. She then told me that their boxes are picked up twice a day and it wasn't possible. She was so rude that I asked to speak with someone else instead. She ignored my request and once again told me that there was no way it could have gotten stuck. I told her that it wasn't a box right outside of one of their locations, but around the town of Weymouth. She chastised me for calling the wrong post office, since they are a retail post office. How was I supposed to know which post office to call? This woman must really hate her job, as she clearly was not in the mood to be helpful at all.
