There was only one clerk working, and instead of processing customers in order, they kicked me out of my spot at the counter and told me to wait until the end of the line because I had multiple packages. It is not the customer's fault that USPS offers Label Broker IDs for groups. The clerk was impatient and disrespectful. The clerk spent over 10 minutes assisting the person who had been in front of me with a "hold mail" request, yet treated my transaction as a burden. I had followed all instructions and even had all my packages labeled to ensure a smooth process. When the clerk finally scanned my items, it took less than 5 minutes.

I submitted an inquiry and received a call the very next day letting me know they had investigated the situation, contacted their team (who have been excellent), and put precautions in place going forward. A member of the office also followed up with me in person, which gave me peace of mind and showed a genuine commitment to resolving the concern. While it ultimately turned out not to be a USPS issue, they helped direct me to the appropriate group to contact and reassured me that they took the matter seriously.
