I submitted an inquiry and received a call the very next day letting me know they had investigated the situation, contacted their team (who have been excellent), and put precautions in place going forward. A member of the office also followed up with me in person, which gave me peace of mind and showed a genuine commitment to resolving the concern. While it ultimately turned out not to be a USPS issue, they helped direct me to the appropriate group to contact and reassured me that they took the matter seriously.
