  As an onsite manager of a condo in Somerville, my experience with delivery drivers is far from few, and frequently a dreaded experience. However, Jonathon Florence out of the FedEx South Boston branch is never anything but a joy. He's helped me move large packages from other carriers, ensures all deliveries go exactly where they need to and above all, is truly a breath of fresh air with his reliable smile! In an industry when most interactions require assistance, Jonathon is bright and cheerful, always asking me how I'm doing and delivering A+ customer service. His kind spirit valiant efforts are unmatched. We are beyond lucky to have him service our building and I hope he is appreciated by ALL, employers and customers alike.
