My packages were switched to hold for customer pick up at location while they were on the truck, I went to pick it up when the truck bought the boxes back and they were both empty and cut open from the bottom. No need to wait in line; just place your packages on the conveyor belt. The Ground cut-off time is inaccurate; it's definitely not 5pm for Ground. I have dropped off many Ground packages right before 5pm, and they never get scanned until 1pm the following business day.
