- POPea OatApr 15, 20261.0Rude and condescending. The man at the counter wasn’t willing to give any advice as to which delivery option I should choose. Based on the reviews here I’m not the only person experiencing this. Instead he kept mansplaining the same thing about my options I already heard him say as if I was stupid. There was also something iffy about the rules he was explaining because “certified” mail usually worked for tax forms. If you have unresolved power issues at home, you shouldn’t bring it to the professional setting until you either move out or get a therapist.
