He explained everything clearly, double-checked the details and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for at a post office, but that’s precisely how I felt here. I wish the interior were more modern, but the quality of service more than made up for it. Thanks again to Marcello and the team!

The clerk was extremely rude and unfriendly, and while all of us were in line way before 2pm, she yelled to us all that we should know better than to come to the post office “so late” on a Saturday. Why should we know better if the establishment closes at 2? She refused to help me with mailing my package and refused to let me step to the side to correct my “mistake” and mail the package after 30 minutes in line. Truly some of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. And I really hate to give the USPS a bad review! But, she was truly horrible. Would avoid this location if you can - which is clearly what this woman wants as she made it pretty clear that she doesn’t want people frequenting her USPS location
