The man at the front is so so so rude , he yelled and refused to attend me . Had made me come several times to always end up putting excuses that we don’t have the right things to change our address , I felt discriminated and intimadated . I asked him what do you need , cause we are changing the address and didn’t want any more misunderstanding and that just triggered him and started yelling at me . There’s multiple reports towards him , we would want something done about this.

Grateful to still have a reliable US post office here. Thank you postal workers. We don’t say it enough, but you are appreciated.

If you’re looking for customer service that makes you feel like a complete inconvenience for simply existing, this is the place. The male front desk clerk seems deeply annoyed by the radical concept of helping customers. Expect eye-rolling, a condescending tone, and the general vibe that you’re wasting his time. I’d like to nominate him as the shipping warlord, as he enabling his tiny little pity power over people who try to ship their stuff. If you’re unfamiliar with USPS procedures, don’t expect guidance. Apparently, you’re supposed to already know everything. The female clerk isn’t much better. Instead of offering help, you’ll get impatient expressions and visible frustration , even toward elderly customers who are moving a little slower. She doesn’t even know if you can fold your labels when you ship. It’s honestly impressive how a place whose sole purpose is customer service manages to make customers feel like a burden. How about a little basic courtesy and willingness.

Front desk male worker was very rude and dismissive. He didn’t want to take the time to explain the different package rates and walked away from the desk telling me to go to his colleague. He has no customer service skills and should not work at the front desk with that horrible attitude.
