    I wanted to make self service copies yesterday and was informed that I wasn’t allowed to, that the store staff had to make the copies. The copying I had to do required custom sizing of each sheet, so I left the store and won’t be coming back. Very disappointing.

    I wish it could be a 0. Between this and the Cambridge store. Delivered my package to the wrong city, was supposed to be a UPS store. Photo shows a picture of it on someone's doorstep. Taking zero responsibility. Lousy customer service from UPS

    UPS sucks, and need to just go out of business, driver lie and say they tried to deliver making it a day later than I NEEDED. When I have been sitting at my door all day because it's going to come at 2:00 even though it says it won't be here till 7:00 at night and I stay here awake all day when I have to sleep all day because I work all night now I'm not going to be able to sleep for a whole 48 m hours while I'll wait for this package. UPS sucks you need to go out of business because the last 10 packages I have gotten through you guys and as a matter of fact every last package I can ever remember to you guys you guys mess it up and mess it up and get it way or lie and see you delivered it when you never did or try to deliver it when you didn't UPS cannot do their job right and cannot get a delivery to the person on time nor truthfully.
