- JJJessieOct 31, 20251.0Craig at this location was UNBELIEVABLY rude. Other staff is very nice, but would really recommend someone having a conversation with Craig about his lack of customer service abilities. He approached me in a very confrontational manner, that lead to me being embarrassed infront of other customers and staff and I ended up just leaving without getting serviced and went to the other usps location in Shrewsbury. I could overhear him talking about other staff members while I was waiting in line and talking poorly about them. From how he was approaching the other staff there, I fear he’s a manager, and feel he is a very unhealthy and toxic coworker and staff member for this location. I have never experienced the type of customer service that I had received today, as he was very unprofessional, rude, belittling and disrespectful. Would really appreciate if he could be held accountable/ coached on better approaches for how he speaks to customers.

For letting me borrow tape. it’s one thing to speak about a customer when they’re gone, but not when they’re in person. Apologies to the tape police that he wasn’t there for the initial interaction, But you don’t speak to your employees in such a way especially in front of a customer. And “that girl “has a name. When somebody is with an earshot of you, maybe be a little more tactful.

Also put a package in a parcel box that could have been easily put in the mailbox and didn’t leave the parcel key. I’ve called two days straight not one answer.
