I am a bit upset. I have purchased two notary stamps and a notary embosser. This is not the first time I have ordered. I run my own tax firm and serve as a mobile notary signing agent. I am very disappointed. I have ordered twice with them, although I usually order through the NNA.

We came into the store to get some signs printed. The first person we spoke with said he could do them the way we wanted, but then he went on break and another associate helped us. Long story short, we were shorted signs, even after waiting an hour for the service.
The next day, we realized we didn’t receive the full order. We called the store and were told to email the file so it could be fixed. We emailed it right away.
When we went to pick up the corrected order the following day, the file wasn’t printed. A different person was working, and we had to explain everything all over again. It felt like we were being questioned about who took the order and what happened. We waited another hour before it was finally completed.
If the order had been printed correctly the first time, none of this back-and-forth or wasted time would have happened. We never negotiated the price and even paid extra to get the job done sooner because we needed the signs urgently. We just didn’t appreciate the wasted time and the feeling of being put under “surveillance” about who made the mistake. You made an error — it should simply be corrected. That’s all we expected.
