I would have given it 0 stars except when I go into the actual post office the service is excellent. However, that's where it ends. Through several Post Masters, apologies and promises of better service, I am officially done with the staff that delivers and picks up the mail. It is beyond comprehension that individuals can continue to make mistake, after mistake, after mistake and somehow keep their jobs. If they cannot do the job, or don't have enough pride in what they do, then fire them. It really is that simple. I have had to drive around the area I live and check with anyone within a 5-mile radius, who has the same house number as I do, if they have my mail or package. It has gotten so bad that I am on a first name basis with one of them and we've even joked about sending each other Christmas cards but we both realize they wouldn't make it. Mail, packages, even medications. It doesn't matter. It all gets lost or delivered to the wrong address. I've gone, in person, and made every attempt to, diplomatically, resolve this and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Please, someone down there or anyone who sees this, instill some pride in the people who do this job and if they don't change then get rid of them. Realize that the only reason the reviews are anywhere near 3.2 is because back 7 and 8 years ago 2 individuals wrote about 50 reviews each giving it 5 stars. Whether their girlfriend or wife worked there I don't know but it was obviously beyond ridiculous

Good: nice and friendly staff. Very helpful whenever I have questions and have taken boxes to my car as a courtesy. Bad: the worst postman ever and I've lived all around the states. I get other people's mail and neighbors are getting mine constantly. I have a note mentioning who lives at the address and it's ignored. Still receiving other people's mail. This annoyance is enough to make me want to move.

Worst post office in the state. My mail is constantly being delivered to my neighbors and I receive my neighbors mail on a weekly basis. The mailman that services my neighborhood will jam packages into to mailbox resulting in damage. A few weeks ago the mailman left a skid mark on my driveway and drove over the lawn (keep in mind how small the USPS mail trucks are… mind blowing) I’m developing a relationship with the manager (Edgar) as I frequently need to call them to have issues addressed.

Great service. Super nice, pleasant, small-town post office. However...they will lose your mail. Incoming, outgoing, whatever. I've lived in town less than a year and had multiple things go missing without a trace. Super frustrating.

The crew has gotten better in recent months. The only glaring negative is the hours that are useless to regularly working people. *At least the week days should open an hour earlier, and close an hour later.*
