I was asking for something to be printed that would have taken 30 seconds and I know that because I have done it in the past plenty of times and typically work with someone who makes it seem like it is not a big deal. This person claimed he had no time and I had to put in an order form for something that cost a dollar and was being printed on normal painted. Useless service.

- IIIMEANBUSINESSFeb 25, 20261.0Person at print station is incompetent i left her 1000 envelopes pre stamped and asked for 1000 letters trifold and stuffed in envelopes she charged 333 dollars for the service calls me hours later to say that they are not going to stuff the envelopes and the charge was to fold and print only that is not what I agreed to pay for! That’s bait and switch which is illegal and I will be filing complaint with bbb below is a photo of the envelopes being left with the employee to stuff as agreed after I paid

I've had issues with thier self-service machines the previous week so I didn't want to deal with their broken machines again. I waited patiently in line for over 10 minutes because they were understaffed. I eventually finally got to the counter and she refused to help me. I told her that I had less than 10 pages to copy and that there were issues with the self-service machines last week. She still refused to help me. Go to the library for copies instead
