That’s bait and switch which is illegal and I will be filing complaint with bbb below is a photo of the envelopes being left with the employee to stuff as agreed after I paid

I've had issues with thier self-service machines the previous week so I didn't want to deal with their broken machines again. I waited patiently in line for over 10 minutes because they were understaffed. I eventually finally got to the counter and she refused to help me. I told her that I had less than 10 pages to copy and that there were issues with the self-service machines last week. She still refused to help me. Go to the library for copies instead
