  Ive always loved staples but they are carrying less and less what I need as far as ink cartridges for my printers. I've heard they will be changing and half of the store will be a party supply store. This is disappointing. People would rather have ink then balloons.

  Bought a desk chair from Staples in Seekonk. They had exactly what I was looking for. We went in, found the chair and checked out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t be easier!!

  The cashier was extremely patient and informative and polite, as she walked me through how to download the app and explained the rewards program to me.

  I was in your store today 10/28/25, to purchase an ink cartridge while also returning used cartridges for credit and was met by a cashier, who, from the moment she stepped up to the counter she was Ms. Attitude the entire time. She has absolutely no skills at all for customer service she requires more training which may be far more than you can afford. The cartridges were in their original boxes but she wanted them out. There were some that were out and she gave me a look like they should have been in the box while the entire time be as abrupt as possible. Eventually I told her since obviously nothing I did was correct that she could do it herself. She then asked for my phone number but due to her anger and impatience apparently she couldn't understand me but gave me such an incredibly disgusting look. If she dropped the attitude she may have heard me, however she was deaf with rage. Then looked at me to pay so I asked her how much and pointed to the machine in front. I was completely disgusted at which point, I took back my card return the product and told her to keep it, her attitude was not worth my time or my dime. Unfortunately either there is something very wrong with this person, or she doesn't know when or where to leave her attitude but it definitely is not my responsibility to deal with that.. perhaps she's underpaid and overworked, take it up with the boss instead of taking your attitude out on your customers. Don't work with the public if you handle the public. There are plenty of jobs behind the scenes at every McDonald's. Maybe a few burgers might cheer her up. Yhis was around 2:00. I for sure will never again return to your store to deal with the likes of her. There are plenty other locations and stores that sell the products so I am not about to waste my time or money dealing with, God only knows what her problem was but it was not about to be mine. Usually with one complaint there are always more to follow. At 2 it's time to think twice. And so you loose another sale. Deal with her or you will loose more.
