- WJWalter JohnsonOct 20, 20252.0First,the post office staff has always been helpful and responsive.Unfortunately the frustration I have is with my mail being delivered in a timely manner(weekly ad’s).The grocery ad’s are available Monday or Tuesday for delivery but I don’t receive them till Friday/Saturday or not at all.This happens most every week,the question is why.Most other area’s in town get them before Friday again Why.At this point any help would be appreciated.

I have family members out of state, that wk for USPS service, so I understand the Federal Standards- Saugus Post office is exceptional, and, as other reviews,I choose to use Saugus, because of exceptional service, everytime I've come! I've had real problems elsewhere in Essex Co. that have not followed Federal USPS standards! They, are always efficient, kind/ pleasant, nonpartial, and professional... I've had to call Postmaster/ Feds because of breaks of personality -problems brought to the job, at other Essex County Post offices... Saugus, has never been in this category, since, from another state, never either has their Post Offices behaved untowardly... I've referred persons, to apply for work, when they hire, at Saugus USPS!

I really appreciate how helpful and understanding they are and want to return the favor in this small way.
