My excise tax bill was never delivered, we had to have another sent and pay late fees for it and then a week after we paid it the original one arrived, a month late. Just now we got our 2020 temporary resident parking permit placard for the parking ban for the month of October. Oh and it was mangled all to hell. We have had multiple pieces of mail arrive a month or more late, mangled, and even have received mail that wasn't even close to our address. This office needs to have everyone retrained or let go. If I performed this way at my job I would have been fired three times over by now!
