Her rude comment to me was we don’t take your trash. I am a manager myself and what she said was totally disgusting and ignorant I would never talk to anyone like that especially a customer and she would be fired. If you dont want to take any packaging from Amazon then don’t bother having the returns

When I went in I asked a sales associate where I could recycle ♻️ the unit I had, but all she said to me was "we don't take those". She didn't even ask me what it was, but she just glared in her rude manner and was so unprofessional. I discussed this different information than the Staples website with her, but she continued to be rude, and I was stunned why she was saying something that did NOT live up to the information on the Staples website. I should have asked to speak to a manager, but it had been such a rude experience, I justed wanted to get away from this person and leave the store. And then, on my way out of the store, I saw a bin that said it was for electronic recycling! I dropped off my DVD in that bin, and then she said to me "Have a nice day"! What kind of crazy anti-customer behavior is that???
