  I went to store for laminate, I need some help so I waited for a bit, I ask salesperson to show and give product information she was very rude to me and I ask her to be nice, she was not I was looking for an open package and she came that you couldn’t package I said i didn’t, it was open and I was looking at a sheet. She said to leave the store and was very rude. I left the store Her mane was Lia and she said she is manager It was very disrespectful and insulting for me and worst experience of my life I hope staples to take care of this, so in future any customer doesn’t have to go through this.

  The staff here are always friendly and helpful, which is why this review is a bit frustrating to write. I’ve never had an issue with the people working here. The weekend hours, though, are wild. I showed up at 8am thinking that was opening time and the store was completely dark. No problem, I figured maybe it was 9, so I did some other errands and came back. Still closed. I also wasn’t the only one standing around clearly thinking the same thing. When I finally looked it up and saw they open at 10am, I started wondering if this is part of some secret agreement with Amazon. Can’t return your packages if Staples doesn’t exist until mid-morning

  Staples needs to do better!! 1 person handling amazon returns and Staples purchases. Crazy. Send someone to go help this person. Then you let all purchases go ahead of returns. Not too smart.

  Not great customer service. If you're going to close the store then anyone in the store before you lock the doors should be taken care of. Having a customer in the store before they lock the doors and then saying they're closed and then kicking you out without having a chance to get to the register is just wrong.
