ridiculously long wait times, they only have 1 person helping at all times and there’s nowhere to place packages that are ready to go because of the glass dividers, so you are forced to enter the line just to hand a package which takes 1 second

Workers are rude as hell. I don’t know how this location is still open. Every time that I have came to this location to do business it’s always been an issue with your workers having nasty attitude and being rude. Even today, the Worker, not listening to me when I clearly stated what I wanted, took so much time to process my transaction that it caused my Lyft ride to leave me and I am very far away from home and it’s freezing cold outside. Writing this as I try to figure out how to get home from this area.

"Abandon all hope those who mail here"
You might as well mail the packages yourself since the people who work here don't actually exist.
The entire building should be redone. New staff, New location because this place isbeyond saving.

This place is the WORST!! Customer service is non existent, the employees are laughing and fooling around with a huge line, with most of the customers here being elderly they should either fire this group of employees, and hire some people that actually want to work.. and the passport employees on the other side has super nasty attitudes.. I’m never coming back here again!!
