10am appointment booked and no acknowledgment of the customer patiently waiting at the window to be assisted. Everyone was just walking by with no update, be right with you, nothing. Customer service here does not exist. Definitely visit another location.

Came in on a Tuesday morning to check on a status of my mail not being delivered and picking up mail. Didn't have any issues and the person at the front desk was very helpful.

In the pouring rain, I went to the PO ( Roxbury) at 8:44 am today & waited several minutes until someone finally came to a window to assist. I asked to purchase stamps & was told there were none. Then the woman offered to give me the "one" that she had which I still couldn't purchase because they had no change. I would prefer to go out of my neighborhood to a functioning PO than continue to use this useless facility!

They should just close this location or fire everyone that works there and start over. The customer service is horrible. I went to get my son's first passport we should up at the time for our appointment. The passport person was 20 mins late. The worst of it all is when the passport office received his application the person at the post office never signed the form. I now have to go through again and extra money I spent to get it expedited is now for not because of the post office mistake.

PLEASE GIVE BRIANA A PROMOTION AND A RAISE.
I almost never leave reviews for other places than for food places, but I need to write this one...
I live in the area and have had to come to this post office unfortunately many times. Service is generally nothing to be proud of. I feel they may be understaffed. The clerk man is sometimes not helpful but at least he is polite. The one lady at the front is straight out rude and explicitly yells at customers and indicates she doesn't want to do her job. Everytime I go there is a wait only because of the amount of time it takes to work through cases due to misunderstandings and people screaming in front and after me.
However, let me take the time to say that Briana - who is in the back office - needs to be acknowledged. I have been having issues with mail at my home and honestly felt hopeless with the situation given my low expectations when going to the office in person. I decided to try via email and after a couple of back and forth emails Briana called me and left a careful voicemail explaining the situation and asking me to come to the office. I spoke to the rude lady on the front who flat out would not want to help me or try to understand me until I had to play the voicemail from Briana to show her I was told to talk to the people there. Even so, she seemed unconvinced. The clerk man had to come and thankfully recognized Briana's voice and asked me to step to the back door to talk to Briana, to whom he would notify I was there to speak with (I guess?). More than 30 mins went by and I had to continue knocking and asking for somebody to contact Briana. She finally came out and asked me why I wasn't talking to the front lady, after which I explained what happened, and she was surprised I didn't get the help I needed before that. In any case, Briana was caring, efficient, helpful, and the only person that has really made me feel like there is some hope in this USPS office and I don't have to dread everytime I go (even though I won't be able to interact to her in the main window). Thank you Briana, for calling me, for leaving a voicemail, for doing your job diligently, showing care, and helping me resolve my issue. She even followed up afterward via email. We need more people like Briana, AND CERTAINLY WE NEED MORE BRIANAS IN THIS USPS OFFICE.
I am not mad and not yelling, just disappointed and highly encouraging if somebody in the office or management reads this, to please please please recognize Briana for her work.
