  Awful experience doing an Amazon return. I never would’ve thought to check reviews for a store for an Amazon return, but I clearly should’ve! Employee told me the box I put my return in was “too soft” and couldn’t be accepted. I explained that I didn’t understand, as it was the box the item shipped in. He said I could purchase a box at the store to ship it in. I commented again that I put it back in the box it came in. He then proceeded to scrutinize the box and tell me it was not the shipping box, as there was no marking where the label came off. WHAT?! I said I pulled the labels with barcodes off as Amazon directed, and they (very satisfyingly) pulled off perfectly clear. He continued to argue with me so I said I’d go elsewhere. I was so thrown off afterward I was questioning myself “is it the box it came in?!” and I went back to the photo Amazon sent when it was delivered and it was indeed the box it came in. I went to UPS store in Seabrook and the return was taken with no issue.

  The store and its owners and employees are rude, careless and absolutely useless. I would avoid this store at all costs and just go to staples or another store if you have the ability to return the item there. There is a reason why everyone hates them. Their service just simply sucks.

  The absolute worst UPS store I’ve ever been to in my life. I called ahead because the company was paying to have me ship back to them, however, I wanted to make sure that they had the packet you slip the packing slip into. The woman said they did. When I got to the store with my tape to seal box,, the man at the desk tried to charge me for this packet. I have never been charged for this at any other store. He told me to put tape on it instead. I will never go back. This was a one and done for me.

  I was treated so rudely by the employee at this store. My label on a return was not covered by tape. I asked if they could just tape over the label (4”x6”) and I was told it would cost a dollar. I said I thought out of courtesy they would tape it, and he responded, “Why, you didn’t buy it from us”. Rude, arrogant, and such poor customer service. The previous staff was so professional and friendly. I felt like I was dealing with a bratty child and he was a grown man. I’ll drive to Staples before I set foot in that place again. I wish everyone in town would boycott this place.

  I came in at the end of the day with a difficult order (unintentionally). I received excellent service. Pleasant, patient and kind.
