- TTToddDec 1, 20251.0The new owner is beyond rude. I brought in an Amazon return and had a terrible experience. First I was chastised for not having the return code fast enough (despite my phone being in my hand and the return link ready?!? Then he didn’t like the box the return was packed in (the original package that I received) so he aggressively rips the box open, takes out the item & hands me the empty box. I asked, “what am I supposed to do with this?” as I wasn’t expecting to get garbage back. He says, “we don’t recycle….NEXT!” The rudeness was off the charts & the fact he lied to my face. I find it incredulous that UPS doesn’t recycle or at least have a trash barrel. I was so disappointed I called the UPS customer service line, waited on hold for 30 minutes and filed a formal complaint, noting all of the previous complaints on this thread. Hope he loses his charter or at least cleans up the act.

I went to ship an Amazon return and was told by the indian man at the counter I would need to pay $2 for him to process it. If I did not he would throw my return in the dumpster. Extremely rude and demeaning.

I’ve helped customers that were in shock by the rudeness. And save them the hassle of going home and taping their boxes. Or buying tape for triple the price. 0 customer service! I wish I could say this was the only inconvenience. Now I can’t trust them and I’ll never be back. I returned two small rugs to Amazon. Only one got there! The guy said he’s not responsible for anything that leaves the store and goes on a UPS truck. So I get charged $28. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. So I will only return in a box. With all the labels needed. I went to the one in Peabody on 114! Much better. My hope is if packages are in a box it’s illegal to open & they won’t be so tempted to steal them.
