    I had wrong address. went back the next day was told had to recall back to store. He did that . after I spoke with my daughter Learned I could have changed address or person receiving could change. Would have arrived before christmas. Recalled on 12/12/2025 delivered at my address on 12/ 18/2025 5:pm,

    I have been here two times. Both have been unpleasant. The customer service here is not customer service. Communication is unclear and aggressive. There is eye rolling, tones, and multiple employees speaking at once if a customer expresses a concern. They do not stay focused on any one customer. There is no patience and no kindness. No way else to explain it. I had two other customers also have negative experiences with me just at the same time. I can only imagine how many more have. It leaves the customer feeling frustrated, wondering if something is wrong with them, and leads to them compromising because that is their only option. There is no give or care on the employees end at all. The atmosphere is also messy and uninviting . And, there is not general comforting music on but rather what the staff want to play and honestly it does create a more anxious environment added onto all of the other stuff listed above. Would not recommend.

    Went to UPS Rockland store to return an amazon package and forgot to tape the box, My mistake—but apparently during the holiday season, that’s a $4 crime. Yes, four whole dollars for about six inches of tape. At that price, I’m assuming the tape is woven by elves and blessed by Santa himself. Instead of spreading holiday cheer, they hit me with a mini “festive fee” just to close a box. Nothing like being nickel-and-dimed during the busiest time of year to really warm the heart. Thanks, UPS. Next time I’ll bring my own tape, a stapler, and maybe even a glue gun so I don’t have to take out a loan just to ship a package.
