Worst experience was when my mother passed and the carrier took the word of a unknown person who lived in my mothers building to stop delivering the mail When I tried to pick up the mail even with her death certificate I couldn't get it No apology for taking the word of a stranger Had no right Other numerous issues with not delivering the mail etc. much rather have my old POBox and have the wonderful staff at the Mattapoisett Post office especially Dennis.
