- ACAngela Michelle CarrierApr 4, 20195.0I needed to mail something certified and I was clueless so I asked the woman who was working behind the desk for some help and she was so patient with me, she explained how the process worked with every relevant detail and guided me to fill out the appropriate materials to mail out a letter certified....She made me feel comfortable because I was confused at first and didn't rush me at all through the process. She even helped out the nice gentleman who came in while I was filling all the forms out so it showed that she is great at multitasking while making the other customer and I have a pleasant experience.....and even some laughter
