Erin has been the one working every time I visit and she is kind and patient. It seems the Cynthia worker mentioned in the other reviews is gone.

When I asked politely for guidance, she turned her back on me and walked away, leaving me waiting for about 15 minutes. Later, when she noticed other customers, she suddenly acted nice and helpful, which was very frustrating.

- WMw mJan 17, 20261.0Closes at 2 pm today, arrived at 1:35 and the door was locked from the outside despite there only being a few people inside the store. Was physically blocked by a worker from entering despite it not being closing time. It is a federal offense to close a federal office like this before the designated closing time. Shame on these lazy workers.
