Decided to close the store at 3:30p instead of 5:00pm to avoid solving the problem she crated. Charging a lady for a money order and claiming the computer is down . The lady was showing her the charge on her bank app. Unprofessional.

I didnt catch her name but she didnt help out at all and her tone of voice was unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with her service as I watched her also be rude to thenother customers . What a shame
- CACB AkikoAug 22, 20252.0I have been to this location a couple of times without an issue and the staff seemed friendly enough, however, the last time I came, only one person was manning transactions in the front and told the line of people who had been patiently waiting that she would not be taking any more customers. She was taking her time finishing up with one customer and even though everyone else arrived at least 20 min before closing time (by the time I had arrived), we were not served as customers. This is poor customer service, reflects a larger management issue and frankly, felt a bit unprofessional.
