- MCmeredith chaJan 29, 20241.0If your going for just postal service and Kevin is there your going to be fine. He knowledgeable and quick gets the line moving. Even tries his best to recommend best options with great customer service. If you going to get passports or fingerprints avoid here at all costs. I need a fingerprint scan which I thought okay 30mins -1 hr max. (Fingerprints no appointment needed by the way. )But not the case, especially if Tammy is working the front. Ive never in my life seen someone who is so inadequate. I am a pretty patient and understanding person. But this was just intolerable. Tammy was finishing up a passport customer, and was moving incredibly slowly which at first I was fine with. But after that customer Tammy didn’t take the next customer. She would go on the register for 5 mins looking like she was doing some administrative things which is fine but then would disappear for like 10mins. Then come back again for another 5 mins and disappear for another 10 mins. This continued until who knows how long definitely more than 40mins. I finally speak up and kindly ask to figure out timing bc i have a job to go back to and need to debate If I should give up and come back another time. She says few mins and proceeds to do the same thing. Mind you there are like 4 parties waiting and just staring at her do this. Until again I ask could you give me a better estimate in timing literally says the same thing a few mins. Finally when she’s about ready she has the audacity to try to take the 1pm appointment before the 12pm and 12:30pm. As the 12pm and 12:30pm are about to argue with her. She steps away again for who knows how long. I leave, at this point I had enough and walked out to try my luck else where.
